As our community continues to respond to the calls for strengthening child well-being in our region and as we enter a post- COVID-19 vaccine world, we must recognize that we are still not in post-pandemic world and thus, we should position ourselves accordingly. With these facts present and centered, Deaconess Center for Child Well-Being will officially enter a Phase 2 re-entry on August 1, 2021.
The Phase 2 re-entry will grant access to both indoor and outdoor open-air convening spaces for Co-Locating and external partners of Deaconess Center with indoor convenings at limited capacity. Deaconess Center’s Co-Locating Partners will be allowed to return to business operations under CDC recommended policies and procedures. Face coverings will continue to be required by all staff, guests, and vendors while on Deaconess Center’s Campus. These health standards have been established by Deaconess Center’s Co-Locating Culture Team with the aim of providing safety while also re-activating the campus so many in our community call home.
